What time does the event open and close?
Gates open at 3:00pm and the fun continues through to 10:00pm, plenty of time to soak up the music, food, and great company.
Do I need a ticket and where can I buy one?
Yes, grab your early bird tickets in advance at biertonfest.co.uk to guarantee your spot.
A limited number of standard tickets will also be available at the gate on event day.
What payment methods are accepted?
Online tickets can be purchased by card. On the day, we accept both card and cash so you’re covered either way.
Are children allowed?
BiertonFest is for all ages. Children under 14 go free but must be accompanied by an adult.
Can we bring dogs?
We love dogs, but with a busy festival crowd, we’re keeping things safe and comfortable by allowing assistance dogs only.

Can we bring our own alcoholic drinks?
No need, we’ve got you covered! A great selection of drinks will be available on site, so please don’t bring your own alcohol.
Can we bring our own food?
Come hungry! We’ve lined up a fantastic range of food vendors, so we ask that you don’t bring your own food into the event.
Can we bring BBQs?
BBQs are a no this time, we’ll be taking care of all the food and cooking for you.
Can I bring a gazebo or umbrella?
Yes, feel free to bring a gazebo or umbrella. There’ll be a designated area for these, just keep sightlines to the stage clear for everyone.
Can I bring chairs or picnic blankets?
Absolutely, bring along chairs, tables, or a picnic blanket and make yourself at home.
Can I smoke or vape?
BiertonFest is a smoke and vape-free event so everyone can relax and enjoy the atmosphere. Thanks for helping us keep it clean, fresh, and family-friendly.
Is there parking available?
There’s no general parking on site, so if you can, please walk or arrange a lift and arrive stress-free.
Is the event accessible?
Yes, the festival is set on a flat grassed area, with accessible toilets available. If you need any support ahead of the day, just drop us a message at team@biertonfest.co.uk.
Are there toilet facilities?
Yes, plenty of additional toilets will be available on site.
Can I leave and re-enter the event?
Yes, you’ll receive a wristband on entry so you can come and go as you please. Just keep it on!
Will there be security and first aid?
Yes, trained security and first aid teams will be on hand throughout the event so you can relax and enjoy the day.
How should we dispose of rubbish?
Let’s keep BiertonFest looking great, please use the bins and rubbish bags provided around the site.
Is there an information point?
Yes, our info point is there for anything you need, including queries, lost property, or helping reunite lost little ones.
Can anyone come to the event?
BiertonFest is all about bringing together the Bierton and Hulcott community, along with friends and guests.
